Delivery times

My clothes are handmade-to-order in your choice of my styles and Liberty prints. I generally have a 4-6 week waiting list. I have a limited number of clothes that are already made, in stock and ready to post. I'll email you straight away to let you know when you can expect to receive your order and if you're not satisfied I promise to reimburse you.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Prices are per address. If you'd like split delivery please contact me.
Orders up to £25 are posted by 2nd Class Recorded Delivery
Orders up from £25 to £100 are posted by 1st Class Recorded Delivery
(except offcuts and fat quarters which are posted 2nd class recorded)
Orders over £100 are posted by Next Day Special Delivery.
(I've added an option on the website for zero postage if you're collecting in person or adding to an order where P&P is already paid - please only select this if you've arranged this with me.)

Clothes that are in stock will be posted the day following receipt of payment (Monday to Friday).

I deliver all over the world. International orders are sent tracked by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For if Airsure is not available. Both provide proof of delivery but Airsure has added benefit of tracking from UK to your home.

Orders below £100 are sent wrapped in tissue paper and cellophane bags in post safe jiffy bags for protection.
Orders over £100 are posted in garment boxes.

100% secure payments

I accept payment by card online or over the phone; cheques and online bank transfers.

Payments via my website or telephone, are processed using a secure credit & debit card payment system, provided by Paypal which protects you as the buyer. I do not hold or have access to any of my customers' card details. After ordering you will receive an automatic email confirming the details of your order. I will then email you again with a delivery time and also the day iI post your order. Or I can send my bank details for you to transfer money direct to my Peak Princess business bank account or you can send me a good, old-fashioned cheque made out to 'Peak Princess'.

I'm afraid after a very few bad experiences, I now insist on payment before delivery. Rest assured you are well protected by Distance Selling Regulations.

Gifts & vouchers

If you'd like your order to be sent to a different address from your billing address just email me after you make your online order.
If you'd like to include a special message or if you'd like each item in a separate bag just let me know.
I'm happy to email or post gift vouchers for any value - call or email to order.

No quibble exchange, returns & refund policy

I'm hope you'll love your handmade clothes but if you're in any way unhappy then please contact me within 28 days of receiving your order. Being a micro business I'm afraid that if a package is returned because of any other reason than faults or mistakes on my part I'll have to charge for redelivery. Of course if there's a fault or if I've sent out the wrong size or style then providing you've returned the faulty goods I'll either send out a replacement (without charging p&p a second time) or refund the full price plus p&p.

Please use recorded delivery as proof of postage when returning goods as i can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Please contact me before returning the dress, explaining what you're returning and why so I can arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

Please note that I'm happy to exchange dresses for others in my size range, subject to fabric being in stock, but bespoke alterations will incur an additional fee.

All sales are subject to UK law.

Privacy policy

So I can let you know your dress has been posted and that it's arrived safely and to make sure you don't miss out on future offers I keep customers' emails and contact details, but I don't share these with anyone else. If you'd rather I delete all your details just let me know when you order. If you receive any emails from me in the future and would rather not, then just email 'unsubscribe' to mail@peakprincess.co.uk

I do not and do not intend to store any of my customers' financial details.
