The ultimate test of how much a little girl loves a dress is whether she twirls in it. As a customer recently wrote: "When my daughter put hers [bridesmaid dress] on she spent about 10 minutes spinning in circles around the living room." With this in mind I designed the Lily May twirl skirt which later became a pinafore bridesmaid dress. I've always struggled with still photos to show how it flares out and have never managed to successfully photograph it during a modelling shoot.
Today as I was adjusting my mannequin to take a pic of a Lily May dress in Liberty Plum Dog that I've just finished for a wedding inspiration struck. (I'm a radio producer by trade so forgive my rather clumsy efforts with iMovie!)
