About us

Four years ago I had a moment of inspiration in the park with my goddaughter Tilly which led to the creation of Peak Princess.

It's been a marvellous and unexpectedly successful adventure.  Ironically all the press coverage I received has led me back to doing PR for other small businesses and I simply can't keep working evenings and weekends and don't want to let my wonderful customers down.

I've decided to hang up my tape measure and return to my original career of journalism & PR full time.  (You can read more on my blog & visit my new website lissacookPR).

Thank you to all my customers for your support.  Please don't worry - all current orders will be completed and my colleague Millie Crawford is very experienced dressmaker and keen to keep sewing - both my designs and her own.  (Click here to email Millie).  

And local textile designer Kate Yorke is still happy to make Liberty print accessories and has her own new range of collage style tea towels and cards under her own Emily Pickle label.
